By joining our Discord, connecting to our Minecraft server, using our website, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord and Minecraft in your country (at least 13). If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

You agree not to cheat, use unauthorized modifications, exploit bugs, harass other players or staff, evade punishments, or disrupt the server or community.

Staff may issue warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans at their discretion to keep the community safe and fair.

All store items are cosmetic or convenience perks and never provide a competitive advantage. Purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item on our network — you do not gain ownership.

We may modify, replace, or remove perks and features at any time as the network evolves. Prices and contents may change without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access, including any purchased perks, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community. No refunds are provided for access lost due to a rules violation.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, or downtime. Your use of the network is at your own risk.
