Privacy Policy

Discord account data via login: your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar. We only store this for staff who sign in to the dashboard.

Minecraft data: if you link a Minecraft account, we store the username and UUID you provide.

Operational data: staff shifts, strikes, leave requests, tasks, and moderation notes used to run the team.

Purchase data: when you buy from the store, we record what was purchased so we can deliver it. Payments are currently handled manually.

To authenticate staff, operate the dashboard, run the server and community, deliver purchases, moderate fairly, and keep records of staff activity.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use Discord for authentication and community features, and the Mojang API to verify Minecraft usernames. Their handling of your data is governed by their own policies.

Data is stored in a managed MongoDB database.

We keep data for as long as needed to run the community. Staff records may be retained after departure for accountability. You may request deletion of data that isn't required for legitimate operational or safety reasons.

You can unlink your Minecraft account at any time from the dashboard. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us on Discord.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your Discord account secure.
